    An industry pioneer, Ambienta was one of the first UN PRI signatories in 2012 and attained B-Corp status in 2019. In 2020, Ambienta became IIGCC member and in 2023 committed to the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

    Your role and responsibilities

    As part of the Investor Relations ("IR") function, the intern will support the team across all the investor relations activities for all asset classes, including but not limited to:

    • Ensure all Investor Relations materials (investor presentations, Q&A documents, backup files, databases etc.) is kept up to date in a consistent, efficient and punctual manner, and help in the drafting and preparation of new materials as needed
    • Support the Investor Relations team in fielding and dealing with internal and external requests, including via close collaboration and coordination across multiple functions (Strategic Finance, Fund Management, Sustainability & Strategy, Private Equity…). Ensure both internal and external requests are prioritized as appropriate and answered on time, in a professional manner and with a high standard of quality. This includes requests from other functions, requests from existing and prospect investors and requests / needs of the Placement Agent working with the team on the specific fundraise(s)
    • Support the team in project managing and delivering on periodic reporting needs as well as special projects (including spot requests from the CEO and COO)
    • Support the team in coordinating organizational and logistical aspects of investor meetings and events (in close collaboration with the Head of Investor Relations Executive Assistant), including taking part in investor meetings (as appropriate)
    • Take and promptly circulate accurate meeting notes during investor calls and meetings, coordinate follow-up materials and ensure no loose ends and clear next steps for the relevant people in the team
    • Help the team make the most of the CRM tool by (e.g.) generating briefing notes pre-meeting, cleaning up duplicates, create distribution lists etc.

    Your Skills

    • Master's degree in finance or related fields
    • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
    • Good analytical skills, attention to details and problem-solving approach
    • A pragmatic 80⁄20 approach to project management and delivery of materials, with exceptional multi-tasking ability and no compromise between deadlines and quality
    • More than excellent spoken and written English, as well as Italian, with superb written and verbal communication skills and the ability to draft engaging and impactful messages
    • Understanding of a large variety of qualitative and quantitative topics (e.g. financial knowledge of capital structure, accounting, profitability measures, and operating metrics)
    • Discretion when dealing with confidential information and confidence to interact with extremely senior people both internally and externally
    • The ideal candidate is a team player who is able to interact in a pleasant manner with everyone they come across, a person able to quickly gain trust inside the organisation
