Four Corners is the business line of AHCG, specialized in recruiting high profile professionals in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market.

On behalf of a Luxury Start-Up Fashion Company, we are now looking for a:

Head Of Production

As a Head of Production, reporting to the CEO, you will be involved with the planning, procurement, coordination and control of the entire manufacturing process.

You will make sure goods are produced efficiently, at the right cost and level of quality while maintaining high performance.

Main responsibilities:
Constantly review and implement new processes and structure to improve quality, lead-times, and deliveries in ensuring that the department runs efficiently;
Maintain accurate records of pre-production samples and Gold seals;
Establish and manage the overall production process and Critical Path from design concept, through sealing production and delivery, whilst overseeing any quality issues within both sampling and production;
Work with design/product development team on the fitting process, ensuring all comments arefollowed up and relayed to the factories/suppliers (mainly in Europe);
Source new factories and/or suppliers where required internationally and review factory allocations and capacity;
Work closely with the Head of Development to ensure all styles are cost effective, and meet budgets for the season;
Monitor deadlines, ensuring garment deliveries arrive on time and prevent any problems through the production process;
Work with Finance team to set the Production budget, create seasonal forecasts for fabric and factory costs;
Negotiate production payment terms, prices, quantities, and delivery dates;

Requirements:

5/8+ years' experience working in apparel development and production, preferably for a premium / accessible luxury brand;
Experience working on both a CMT and fully factored basis with international factories;
Experience in European countries for manufacturing and sourcing;
Basic understanding of patterns and grading;
Ability to self-motivate with efficient time-management and prioritization skills and to meet deadlines and ability to work well under pressure and across all levels of seniority;
Availability to travel.
