Responsibilities:

Risk analysis and understanding of all issues relevant for each transaction (context, aim, constraints related to the assets and/or the legal and tax environment )
Financial analysis and modelling of the considered projects
Structuring of complex financings
Drafting and presentation of credit requests
Drafting of term sheets and review of legal documents
Riskmonitoring of existing loans
Data search and market intelligence

Profile required:

Graduate with a Master degree from a top European Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Finance
A previous experience in Real Estate (finance or private equity) would be appreciated
Good communication and presentation skills
Proficient/Good command of MS Office
Fluent in English

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

In case a visa is necessary, please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure.
