Responsibilities:
- Risk analysis and understanding of all issues relevant for each transaction (context, aim, constraints related to the assets and/or the legal and tax environment )
- Financial analysis and modelling of the considered projects
- Structuring of complex financings
- Drafting and presentation of credit requests
- Drafting of term sheets and review of legal documents
- Riskmonitoring of existing loans
- Data search and market intelligence
Profile required:
- Graduate with a Master degree from a top European Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Finance
- A previous experience in Real Estate (finance or private equity) would be appreciated
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient/Good command of MS Office
- Fluent in English
