For our Division Turbocharging located in Genoa, we are recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for Digital Solutions, to lead our ambitious plan of expansion in digital business.

Reporting to the Global Head of Sales, Marketing and Partnerships for Digital Solutions and will have a crucial role in the growth and success of our Digital Solutions in Italy, Croatia, Malta, Balkans, Greece and Middle East.

You will be the ultimate responsible for Digital Revenue generation and retention in the Region.

You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing, creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Your responsibilitiesCreate and implement the business plan for the expansion of Digital Business in the region, take responsibility for delivering the resultsLead the sales activities:


Create, develop, and manage sales leads, perform technical and commercial presentations about digital solutions, close the deals, act as first level of customer supportCreate and maintain trust-based, mutually beneficial, and productive relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels (from executives to operations), become the go-to-person in the region for digital solutions, consistently show customer centricityActively and positively collaborate with the team (regionally and globally) to foster digital business growth, sharing business opportunities and offering high quality and responsive customer supportCollect and share customerfeedback, market trends, customer developments.
