Posizione:

StartHub Consulting as part of the DRW empower girls STEM supports Arcese Group in its search for recent graduates or STEM undergraduates to be placed as
Business Process Specialist to be included in the Business Process function at the local unit in Rovereto (TN).

Analyzing existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement
Designing and implementing process optimization strategies
Facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders to gather process requirements
Conducting process mapping and modeling to document currentstate and futurestate processes
Eliminating process inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to align processes with system capabilities
Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
Conducting data analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
Monitoring process compliance and performance through audits and assessments

Requisiti:

You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
You have 1/2 years of previous experience
You are fluent in English
