We are currently looking for a Transfer & Launch Manager for our Connected Care Portfolio at Dedalus Group.

You are responsible to:

Manage project among new markets regions
Coordinate and interface with project stakeholders (product management, trainers, consultant, customer) to share actions
Communicate with clients and teams to ensure they are updated on status of the project
Work closely with the implementation and services teams, delegating tasks to team members as required
Create project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines and implementation approved budget
Establish and share the project planning and milestones advancement, track project risks, action items, issues and decisions
Organize steering committee internally or externally
Write reports and track main decisions to be shared with the Business Unit board
Assists in creating Statements of Work for projects and change requests
Follow project resources and costs in accordance to the signed contract
Maintain responsibility for project performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality and appropriate business measurements

Required Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science (Applications), Engineering, Math, Science, Technology or related fields
3 5 years' experience in Project Management activities
PMP or Prince2 certification
Fluent in English and Italian both spoken and written
Willing to travel and make business trips both in Italy and Abroad
Strong organization and summarization capabilities
Ability to work in a team environment and to build strong relationships both internally and externally
Efficient communication at all levels, ability to obtain consensus especially with the customers
Selfconfident
