- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella gestione di sistemi operativi Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SCCM, Azure e Office 365
- Conoscenza approfondita dei principali servizi e protocolli di rete, come DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, firewall e load balancer
- Capacità di progettare, implementare e monitorare soluzioni infrastrutturali basate su tecnologie Microsoft Legacy, Modern e Ibride
- Abilità di risolvere problemi complessi e garantire la sicurezza e la performance delle infrastrutture IT
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata
- Attitudine al lavoro di squadra, al continuo aggiornamento e all'orientamento al cliente
- Esperienza pluriennale nella gestione di progetti complessi in ambito enterprise
- Esperienza nello sviluppo di progetti basati su tecnologie multi-cloud
- Conoscenza di piattaforme orientate all'endpoint management
- Certificazioni Microsoft in corso di validità (Azure Architect Expert, M365 Expert,..)
- Formazione professionale attraverso l'Academy interna
- Acquisizione di competenze su tecnologie all'avanguardia

MICROSOFT TECHNICAL SPECIALIST
Siamo alla ricerca di una figura con esperienza nell'implementazione e nella gestione di progetti basati su tecnologie Microsoft e, più in generale, Modern Workplace.
La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno di un team di 5 persone e si occuperà di delivery di progetti e di infrastrutture basate su tecnologie Microsoft on-premise e Microsoft Azure.
