Job summary
The Event Manager is responsible for contracting and closing local catering and social business ensuring that business is turned over properly in a timely fashion for quality service delivery. Achieving catering revenue goals by up-selling each business opportunity to maximize revenue.Responsibilities
- Manages sales efforts for hotel including local corporate social catering.
- Works collaboratively with sales team ensure sales efforts are coordinated complementary not duplicative.
