    Opportunity – Associate Director Environmental | ESG & Sustainability Solutions

    Per il team ESG & Sustainability Solutions, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Associate Director Environmental con una solida esperienza in ambito ambientale e built environment, che supporti lo sviluppo e l'erogazione dei servizi di consulenza ambientale per il mercato immobiliare italiano, collaborando con il team locale e con il network ESG europeo.

    Cosa farai

    Entrerai a far parte di un contesto dinamico e multidisciplinare, occupandoti di attività strategiche, tecniche e di business development, tra cui:

    • Erogazione di servizi di consulenza ambientale a clienti nazionali e internazionali, fornendo supporto specialistico a stakeholder interni ed esterni
    • Coordinamento e realizzazione di Phase I Environmental Due Diligence
    • Gestione e supervisione di Phase II Environmental Investigations, inclusa la valutazione e gestione di materiali potenzialmente pericolosi (amianto, FAV, suolo e sottosuolo, acque, emissioni in aria, radon, ecc.)
    • Conduzione di site inspection per l'identificazione delle passività ambientali e la stima dei capex di adeguamento
    • Supporto alle attività di Health & Safety
    • Preparazione di offerte economiche e documentazione tecnica per i clienti
    • Partecipazione attiva alle attività di business development, trasformando opportunità di mercato in progetti concreti nel settore real estate
    • Sviluppo e consolidamento delle relazioni con clienti chiave, favorendo la fidelizzazione
    • Collaborazione continua con il team ESG europeo e con le altre linee di business
    • Formazione e crescita delle risorse più junior del team
    • Rafforzamento della visibilità del team Environmental attraverso la partecipazione a eventi, conferenze e iniziative di settore
    • Contributo all'innovazione di processi, servizi e prodotti, migliorando efficienza ed efficacia operativa

    Competenze e conoscenze richieste

    • Laurea magistrale in discipline affini (Ingegneria Ambientale, Ingegneria Civile/Edile, Scienze Ambientali, Geologia o equivalenti)
    • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in società di ingegneria, consulenza ambientale o realtà affini
    • Solida esperienza in: Phase I Environmental Due Diligence; Phase II Environmental Investigations; Procedure autorizzative ambientali; Gestione di materiali pericolosi
    • Buona conoscenza di building systems / energy analysis (plus)
    • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata
