    • Share market needs with Marketing Office and Product Management to ensure alignment.
    • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO CONCLUDE CONTRACTS FOR THE SALE OF PRODUCTS.
    • Maintain relationships with distributors and agents to expand our network.
    • IDENTIFY MARKET GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN THE ASSIGNED AREA.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and optimization.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
    • CREATE CUSTOMIZED OFFERS BASED ON CUSTOMER INPUTS AND NEEDS.
    • Verify offer completeness in relation to customer customization requests.
    • Identify new customers and develop strategies to approach them.
    • Negotiate contracts with customers.
    • Visit customers to build relationships and understand their needs.
    • Represent Valmet at trade fairs and industry events.

    To succeed in this role, you should have:

    • Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
    • EXCELLENT SALES RECORD AND PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION.
    • Fluent spoken and written English and Italian, plus another language.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and SAP knowledge is desired.
    • Strong numerical, financial, and analytical abilities.
    • Able to balance budgets and make informed financial decisions.
    • Available to travel as required.
    • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
    • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
    • Goal-oriented and customer-focused approach.
    • Team working skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
