We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic
IT Specialist (M/F/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our IT Team.

Your role in BizAway

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks and other devices
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Provide full onsite/desk side and remote support to end users for all their IT issues, service/change requests
Implementing network security for business critical services
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Participate in Company IT Projects

Your basic qualifications

Previous working experience as an IT support specialist or IT Administrator
Be able to manage and prioritise own tasks when working independently or in a team as required
Proactive, reliable way of working, high motivation, and handson mentality
Ability to communicate kindly with all stakeholders
Strong English level, verbal and written
