Within our International Card Services Organization, we are looking for a Remote Account Development Specialist, looking after a set of Small Business Clients, with an assigned portfolio.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Expand assigned portfolio Billed Business and Revenues.
  • Drive assigned portfolio spend capacity increase.
  • Address assigned portfolio needs playing a pivotal role in coordinating Business Partners like Risk & Credit, New Accounts, GMNS, Marketing.
  • Minimize attrition of assigned portfolio.
  • Identify each client's unique needs and cultivate effective account management strategies.
  • Qualify, build and manage an accurate sales pipeline working to maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls with a focus on generating new business within our existing customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through delivery of remote sales presentations, illustrating strong product knowledge and sales best practices.

Qualifications:


  • Sales pipeline management experience.
  • Strategic and consultative selling skills with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Emotional resilience;
  • Able to work independently and under time pressure.
  • Excellent time management, project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships internally with supporting Business Units (Marketing, Credit, Risk, New Accounts, Compliance).
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with external potential partners (existing suppliers) to valuate lead gen and expansion opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills supported by highly efficient organizational and planning abilities.
  • Naturally curious and willing to take time to learn potential clients' economic environment to plan the best commercial strategy.
  • Proven knowledge of PC software (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Excellent Italian and professional English level.
