    Overview


    A leading IT solutions provider is seeking a Dispatch, on-site IT Support Specialist in Padova, Italy. This role requires providing first- or second-level technical support to customers, troubleshooting Windows OS, Cisco Jabber, and other hardware. Applicants must hold a valid work permit and be fluent in English. With a flexible working schedule of 10–20 hours per week, this position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to work with third-party vendors. Location: Padova, Veneto, IT.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide first- or second-level technical support to customers
    • Troubleshoot Windows OS, Cisco Jabber, and other hardware
    • Coordinate with third-party vendors as needed

    Qualifications

    • Valid work permit
    • Fluent in English
    • Experience in IT support or related field (preferred)
    • Ability to commit 10–20 hours per week
