  • Manage the company's online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management
  • Analyze and report on ecommerce metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention, to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance
  • Oversee the company's customer service team, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments, and develop plans to target these markets effectively
  • Monitor and manage the ecommerce marketing budget
  • Improve the customer experience and increase conversion rates by analyzing customer acquisition channels and experimenting with new ones to optimize and scale customer acquisition
  • Keep uptodate with ecommerce trends and best practices, and integrate new technologies and tools to improve the company's online presence and sales performance
  • Ensure the company's ecommerce operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as data privacy and consumer protection.
  • This role is directly reporting to the Head of Growth

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management
  • Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics (experience with Power BI or similar is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Shopify
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Skill for structure and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of ecommerce best practices and trends
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations
  • A passion for growing and an undeniable desire to succeed
  • A track record of leading diverse and inclusive teams
  • Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Personal interest or experience with marketplaces (for example Amazon) is a plus in the long run
