    Multinational Pharmaceutical CompanyManpower is seeking a Data Analyst for a multinational pharmaceutical company.

    The responsibilities include:
    • Providing consulting support to teams, especially Brand Teams and InField Teams, for their business needs that can be addressed with advanced data solution;
    • Ensuring Data Stewardship by collaborating with the Global Data Governance team to align affiliates with global frameworks and processes, including request intake, data access, and more;
    • Contributing to the development and execution of the organization's data strategy through advanced statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques, to create solutions that improve business performance and address unresolved needs.
    • Partnering with all commercial functions, including IT, Finance, Compliance, and the Customer Excellence team, to ensure business and operational excellence in Advanced Data and Analytics solutions.
    • Overseeing the lifecycle of data sets used in analytics, ensuring proper documentation through the Data Ingestion Form and submitting TPAs when required;
    • Implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness, including establishing data quality metrics, defining acceptable values and ranges, and conducting health and content checks.
    • Maintaining data standards, naming conventions, and data dictionaries to ensure consistency and interoperability across systems and departments.
    • Monitoring data governance by conducting data audits and addressing data-related issues and concerns in compliance with relevant policies and procedures at the global, area, and affiliate levels.
    • Collaborating with IT teams to define data access controls and permissions, ensuring data privacy and security, including role-based authorization criteria;

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, engineering, or related field preferred;
    • Experience with a proven track record of data management;
    • Demonstrable proficiency in programming languages (SQL , R and Python) and in data visualization tools (e.g. Qlik, PoweBI)
    • Excellent oral and written English skills (the work will be conducted entirely in English)
