- Ensure maximum satisfaction for Greentriangle's clients and partners in Italy by delivering high-quality training sessions, providing exceptional customer support, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Prepare, organize, and conduct in-person and remote training sessions for agricultural experts on the use of our mobile application.
- Gather user feedback, identify bugs or usability issues, and notify the development team to ensure continuous improvement.
- You possess relevant education or professional experience in agriculture and are familiar with industry trends.
- Fluency in Italian (C2 level) is mandatory; English proficiency (B1/B2 level) is essential. Proficiency in other languages such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, or German is an asset.
