The Program Management Office advise, consult, monitor, and report on projects and programs in conjunction with business leads who have the responsibility for delivering the site objectives within the strategy implementation horizon.


The PMO Specialist is accountable to guarantee the coordination of activities within and across programs, the creation and delivery of resource plans and the performance management of actions to close gaps and mitigate risks.

They own the continuous improvement of the project and program management standards such as processes, tools, governance.

In this role, you will

  • Create structured schedule and resource plan to assess the workloads and impacts for different departments, balancing priorities and involving contractors when needed.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting, identify potential risks and budget constraints by partnering with colleagues in different roles and develop mitigation plan and change control when needed.
  • Support project execution developing success criteria and ensuring ontime, highquality delivery in accordance with the stated project goals and adapting plans based on evolving needs, conditions or issues that may arise.
  • Chair project meetings to communicate clear deliverables with identified owner and reliable timeline.
  • Upon project completion, assess the project delivery, completeness and alignment with original goals, project strengths and areas for improvement and trace project history for future reference or Audit.
  • Support continuous improvement of the project/program management standards
  • Develop site resource with regards to project management capabilities and culture through proper trainings, coaching, showing the appropriate approach and culture.

Basic Qualifications and Skills:


We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Proficiency in Project Management, demonstrated via successful management and delivery of projects within Operations (e.g. Production, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Finance, EHS).
  • Demonstrated leadership resulting in delivering individual or team goals.
  • Experience working in crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to manage internal stakeholders, influencing and challenging as appropriate.
  • Proficiency in at least one Project Planning tool (Microsoft Project Online a plus)
  • Good level in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:

  • Ability to operate in a culturally diverse environment.
  • Change Management qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of Power BI/Power Apps
