University degree in an analytical field (Economics, Data analytics, Engineering)

7+ years of significant work experience in a fastpaced environment, ideally in product/project/program management, consulting, logistics, or manufacturing
Experience working on artificial intelligence projects highly appreciated
Strong analytical skills, ability to extract, manipulate and interpret data to derive business insights and decisions
Proven experience in developing original ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations in a competitive and ever changing business climate.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English and Italian
Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders effectively, including Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Retail, Legal and Tech.
Experience in managing projects with tight deadlines and unclear scope

We are looking for an intellectually curious, self-driven and ambitious leader to join our newly created Product Management function for Amazon Marketplace in Italy.

As AI Acceleration Category Merchant Manager, Total Consumer Electronics in Amazon Marketplace, you will have the exciting opportunity to build, launch and drive adoption of new products that will help fuel the growth of Amazon Marketplace in Italy.

Key job responsibilities

Define the Roadmap for Seller Experience initiatives and Create business plans to grow Marketplace business in Italy and Europe, including leveraging Artificial Intelligence capabilities.
Identify opportunities and develop plans to expand selection based on data analysis and Seller insight, with coordination among business partners in the US, EU and other marketplaces, finance partners, Retail Category teams, Sales and marketing to assure its feasibility.
Establish the goals and strategy of new features and enhancements for Total Consumer Electronics at EU level.
Partner with sales and marketing to develop and execute programs to meet business goals
Develop detailed, crisp business requirements that can be used to create initiatives and promotions.
Get buyin for initiatives/promotions among internal and external partners.
Manage prioritization and tradeoffs among seller and customer experience.
