POSTING PRESENTATION:

The main responsibility of the function is to provide our Customers with the best-in-class technical support during both the design-in and the post-sales phases, as well as to minimize the risk or product malfunctioning in the Customer application through the definition of complete in-application validation programs.

The function will also contribute - in strong cooperation with the Divisional Marketing & R&D teams, and with the Regional Marketing & Application teams – to the new products proposal conception and specification.

Last but not least, the Application team will support the LGS R&D Application Competence Center on the definition and development of product demonstrators and promotional tools.

PROFILE REQUIRED:

Mastering Electronics and system application
Expert in system performance evaluation, testing plan definition and IAV program definition with the ultimate aim to minimize the risk of product malfunctioning in the Customers Applications
Strong ability to develop adequate system-level solutions to debug the products under development
High level of autonomy and strong collaboration and communication skills
Strong sense of urgency and capacity to define priorities in the daily job
Ability to coach and develop the team
Strategic thinking and result orientation
Business acumen
