Technical activities management:
Technical support activities such as installation, maintenance, diagnosis, reparation of products/services.
Prepare and ensure technical equipment, tools, and spare parts which are available and reliable to use.
Technical assistance:
Guarantees the resolution of technical support inquiries post-sale troubleshooting and diagnostic support services to ensure that all products and services work properly.
Ensures the replacement of faulty electrical component/parts of client machines in order to preserve the continuity of its functionality and the reparation of the client components/parts trough the internal repair center environment.
Coordinates the conduction of tests to ensure that repaired products meet technical specifications and ensures to inform product engineering department of recurring component failures, in order to improve the safety and the functionality of the products.
Prepare and coordinate with the group leader for installation activities, machine handover, the respect of the actions programs and the time arranged with the customer and the compliance with the quality and safety procedures, in order to maximize the customer satisfaction.
Guarantees the fulfilment of the internal administrative activities related to the technical services and the customer support service.
About role:
