In this role you will be part of the Innovation & Common Modules Agile Unit as team member of the AT Innovate:

Emerging Technologies Applications & Segments whose mission is scouting emerging technologies and piloting novel applications as well as segments to identify long-term and viable business opportunities for ELSP and fostering ELSP ecosystem of key partners and customers to support ELSP innovation initiatives.

You will be also a member of the R&D Product Platform Engineering Chapter whose mission is sharing best practices & know-how and develop standards & guidelines on how to evolve from monolithic products to product platform and to improve how to integrate different modules.

This position reports toR&D Product Platform Engineering Chapter LeaderYour responsibilitiesDefine vision of electrification solutions with a timeframe of three to eight years according to division strategy and customer future needs.

Investigate Global Macrotrends about emerging technologies, applications and segments to provide strategic recommendations to ELSP leadership team.
Drive innovation strategy and roadmap following trajectories of focus technologies, applications and segments.
Foster ELSP ecosystem of key partners and customers to support ELSP innovation initiatives, through collaboration.
Investigate Global Macrotrends about emerging technologies, applications and segments to provide strategic recommendations to ELSP leadership team.
Pilot emerging novel applications and segments, through contribution in partner/customer specific concept solutions.
Technology Developments up to TRL3 or less.
Your backgroundPreferred more than 2 years of experience in electrical engineering.
Base knowledge related to electrical applications (e.g. datacenters, micro-grids).Comfortable in applying strategic thinking.
Good communication skills.
Proven stakeholder management ability preferably in a multicultural environment.
