Overview
IPB Italy CFO is looking for a position as Process & Reporting specialist.

Within IPB (International Private Bank) Italy department, the person will focus on periodical IPB Italy revenues, volumes and flows estimates, local and global reporting, supporting automation and robustness enhancement of IPB Italy CFO processes


Main stakeholders:
IPB Italy Country Head, IPB Italy Business Divisions, local and global CFO.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist team leader in managing IPB Italy periodical financials, including moth/quarter/full year forecast, actuals results analysis
  • Assess forecast risks and opportunities as well as main drivers of deviations compared to plan and previous year results
  • In charge of periodical IPB Italy committees preparation (both at local and global level), meaning to consolidate and analyze the required data as well as to coordinate every team involved
  • Develop ad hoc analysis/reports (e.g. product profitability analysis)
  • Ensure completeness, timeliness and accuracy of reporting and forecasting.
  • Maintain and improve a robust financial control framework over the business in scope
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency; Carry forward automation of processes and manage ongoing projects to further enhance existing financial reporting and capabilities
  • Liaise with broader IPB Italy organization, including local functions (e.g. Regional finance, Sales Management, Products, Business Divisions) and international teams

Required skills and background:


  • A university degree in economics, business administration, engineering, statistical or equivalent
  • Excellent analytical skills, structured and organized approach, demonstrating high level of diligence and attention to details
  • Result driven, proactive will seek to find the right solution and options to issues within and outside their specific remit
  • Positive, collaborative, flexible and able to operate successfully in a constantly changing environment
  • Excellent skills with Excel, knowledge of SAS is preferred
  • Previous experience in business divisions or with data analytics is a plus
  • Language skills: fluent in English
