    Obiettivo di questo ruolo è fornire supporto al cliente nella risoluzione di inconvenienti tecnici presenti sui veicoli.

    Compiti principali:

    • Operare come Advisor, fornendo supporto diagnostico ai Riparatori Autorizzati ed agli Operatori Indipendenti;
    • Gestire le richieste del Cliente e dei Riparatori applicando procedure dettagliate;

    Analizzare e comprendere inconvenienti tecnici, fornire raccomandazioni e spiegazioni sulle procedure diagnostiche.
