Azienda Multinazionale del settore Automotive ricerca figura di Strategic PMO Logistics da inserire all'interno dell'area Part Operation a Torino.- Establish and manage the Parts Logistics Engineering PMO function, providing leadership, guidance and support to the project team
- Bridges the gap between the company's primary stakeholders, customers and the teams working on the projects.
- Ensures projects are prioritized and aligned to short and longterm goals of the business
- Provide regular project status updates, risk assessments and performance reports to executivelevel stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommending corrective actions as necessary
- Guarantees that the right people have access to the right information to make decisions
- Ensures that projects are staying within the planned time and budget
- Makes sure that enterprise resources are utilized in the most efficient manner
- Is able to gather, analyze and share financial information about the budget, forecast, actuals, etc.
- Responsible for the development and successful implementation of suitable strategies to optimize the parts operations processes.
- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
- Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Providing financial reports and budget outlines to executives.
- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
- Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
PMO establishes a governance framework to have a structured approach to govern the processes and projects, centralizes information and deliver it to the right stakeholders.
- Proven track record in interaction with executive level management (e.g., conducting Steering Committees)
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations, identify critical issues, and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
