MEININGER Hotels is looking for Supervisor F&B to help create a unique stay for our guest

THE COMPANY:

YOUR TASKS:

You oversea service & preparation while working along with the team with a clear focus on servicing our guests
You are responsible for ensuring a smooth work atmosphere as well as the organization of service shifts
You lead the service team in close relation with your Assistant Hotel Manager
You are responsible for observing and maintaining MEININGER quality standards in the public area of the hotel as well as in the bar and kitchen
You monitor the stock, place orders of food and consumables and check deliveries
You are a warm host who prepares a unique stay for our guests

YOUR PROFILE:

You have at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
You like to lead a team, set a good example and show a sense of service
You work efficiently and in a wellstructured way
You have a high service orientation and excellent communication skills
You are fluent in Italian and English (B2), any additional language is an advantage
You enjoy diverse working environment and are flexible to work weekdays, weekends, early morning, afternoon and evening shift
