'Mechanical Project Manager - Tier 2 Contractor

SSA are currently seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to be based in Milan. Our client are an established family run business that have been in operation for over 30 years.

They have a number of new projects commencing in the immediate future ranging in value across sectors such as Commercial, Industrial and Health Care projects.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring H&S standards are met on sites.
• Management of Junior Project Managers, Project Engineers, Foremen, Site staff
• Liaising with MD in order to meet project deadlines and plan resources.
• Manage labour, materials and subcontractors on site.
• Sign off on weekly reports from Senior Site Staff
• Review project cashflows/histogram/P&Ls prepared by CMs/PMs/Site Engineers
• Ensure work is delivered on budget with project team
• Ensure weekly status reports are send to MD.
