Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a
permanent EMEA OTC Life Cycle Management Project Manager, located in Pomezia (Rome,Italy) or Madrid (Spain) - (Flexible smart working is considered)


The Role is responsible for leading E2E projects in the EMEA Region such us: Product Remediation and Re-Formulation, Transfer of OTC/Pharmaceutical Technology Process, meet new Regulatory and Compliance requirements, support Raw Materials and Active Ingredient supplier change need, Cost Saving Initiatives.

The EMEA LCM PM will lead E2E cross-functional and virtual Team in a dynamic Regional environment to optimally deliver projects starting from the definition through to introduction into the market.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall project execution and accountable for achieving project goals on time


This includes:

  • Project definition/Due Diligence/Gap Analysis/ Project Plan (People, $, Time, Risks) Preparation/Finalization/Approval and Execution
  • E2E Regional crossfunctional teams management through each phase of the project
  • Coordinating all activities to ensure project remains on track
  • Supervising and balancing risks and opportunities
  • Budget preparation and cost tracking with any required tools
  • Liaising, agreeing, involving and communicating with Senior Management
  • Lead Process & Governance
  • Enable the fluid evaluation and approval of projects within EMEA.
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve key issues with executive sponsors or key managers.
  • Provide ongoing status communications to all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:


To be part of this successful team you will have excellent attention to detail, alongside:

  • Bachelors in CTF (Pharmaceutical), Biotechnology, Chemistry
  • Project Management Professional
  • 6+ years' experience in related field in Pharma/OTC industry
  • Project Management experience (leading End 2 End pharma product tech transfer/reformulation/new supplier qualification/compliance coordinating crossfunctional expertise)
  • Broad eye for business with knowledge of project related finance
  • Experience with leadership and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of team dynamics and ability to handle virtual teams
  • Knowledge of planning and organization
  • Proficient in English oral and written
  • Expert in MS Project, Good Power point skills and Excel
  • Builds Value for Customers
10% Travel percentage
