Position Summary

Job Purpose

Support Business Performance & Controlling Management Team in order to implement and maintain business controlling and reporting tools operated in the Air Conditioning Division; improve budget plan processes through punctual reporting of sales activities.

Monitor achievement progresses by channel, clients and sales accounts.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Support the process related to installers and retailers promotional activities
Support the payment proposal related to the sales promotional activities
Support the customers claim dispute management
Support the process related to the p.o.s. master data
Support the agent commissions management and calculation
Support the evidence collection related to the coop invoices
Support in managing the legal process related to the customers and agents contracts
Interact with internal (sales team and sales agents, EU legal office and controlling) an external (outsourcing companies) stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements:

Educational Background:
University Degree, preferably in Economics or Management Engineering.

Computer Knowledge:
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

Language Knowledge:
Good written and spoken English.

Relational and proactive skills, analytical mindset and precision, goals oriented, willing to learn and work in a competitive and demanding environment.
