What does your day-to-day in this role look like:

Establish an efficient, courteous and personalized contact with customers by telephone, in Italian and English
Constantly looking for ways to bring an effective solution that highlights customer's needs while improving yours and team performance
Follow established processes accordingly to the expected level of quality service, excelling in individual and team goals.
Establish and maintain effective collaboration with partners.

Requirements:

What do you need to be successful at this job?

Native level of written and verbal communication skills in
Italian:
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
High School Diploma
EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
