PRODUCT SPECIALIST HEAVY DUTY

Requisiti:


Responsibilities:


  • Product range expansion for Truck&Bus, Agriculture andConstruction segments with a focus on sealing products;
  • Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity,providing insights and recommendations for productdevelopment and marketing strategies
  • Participate in aftermarket events and exhibitions topromote company products and build relationships withkey stakeholders
  • Analyze and report on sales performance, market share,and customer feedback to identify opportunities forimprovement
Assist in training and development of sales teammembers to enhance their product knowledge and sellingskills

  • Stay updated on industry regulations and standards,ensuring compliance in all product development andmarketing activities
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop andexecute market strategies, including pricing, promotions,and new product launches
  • Launch of new products in all the relevant system (SAP, ecatalog,) and execute daily maintenance activities toguarantee a high level of catalogue data and materialmaster data quality in accordance with the internal andexternal expectations
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimize processes,ensuring the product quality through close cooperationwith suppliers regarding technology, quality and reverseengineering
  • Contribute to the overall success and growth of thecompany by actively participating in strategic planningand ensuring alignment with company goals andobjectives
  • Drive activities and track progress to achieve the definedtargets

Qualifications:

Education and experience preferred:

  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in Product
  • Management in the independent aftermarket business inwithin the Truck&Bus, Agriculture and Constructionsegments
  • Engineer or technician or comparable education(automotive sector or technically oriented)
  • Basic knowledge of SAP, proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluent English business is a must to have

Skills and competencies needed:

  • Deep understanding of the market, including distributionnetwork (all levels, e.g., wholesalers, retailers, workshops,ecom,), customers, competitors, and suppliers
  • Interest in the spare parts IAM
  • Independent AfterMarket and the market segments, capable of gathering,collecting and analyzing market data
  • Capability to work on multiple projects and balancecompeting priorities
Customer oriented, self-organized, structured, andsystematic working methods and resilient

  • Able to translate customer wants and needs into newproducts
  • Clear communication/interpersonal skills coupled withemotional intelligence to adjust your style based on youraudience
