We are recruiting a
professional to join our
Legal team in
Rome for the following matters and activities:

  • regulatory compliance assistance in the preparation and implementation of models to comply with Legislative decree no. 231/2001 and anti-bribery, anti-money laundering, data protection/GDPR, antitrust, occupational safety and environmental regulations and the antitrust authority's compliance rating;
- support in the performance of legal audits and reviews of compliance programmes;
- support in the definition of control protocols, procedures and other internal control tools with a focus on compliance;
- monitoring of regulatory changes, with specific regard to the administrative liability of entities and anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, transparency, antitrust and data protection/GDPR compliance;
- assistance in the preparation of the minutes of company body meetings and reports to the supervisory body (set up pursuant to Legislative decree no. 231/2001)
- help with external training and the preparation of opinions.

  • Qualifications/requirements_
- combined bachelor's and master's degree in law, preferably with a specialisation relating to compliance in terms of the administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative decree no. 231/01, with final marks of at least 100/110;
- qualified lawyers are preferred.
- knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- knowledge of written and spoken English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;
- excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- flexible and dynamic approach.

  • A master's degree in a related field of specialisation and/or two years of experience in the administrative liability of entities will be viewed favourably.
