Job description

If you are able to manage numbers and figures, translating them into strategic insights and commercial inputs, Safilo is looking for you to join our team in the Padova HQ.

We are looking for a Sales Analyst Coordinator to support and supervise all the sales operations processes and daily activities in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

Defines cluster annual operational sales programs and relevant budget
Drives and oversees the sales planning processes to ensure visibility and accuracy of sales and trade marketing figures and data
Acts as reference point for all corporate projects related to sales excellence
Coordinate and manage main sales operation processes, i.e. Samples, Returns, Buying days, Core collection
Provides ongoing commercial inputs and recommendations in order to support the definition of sales planning
Ensures the periodically operations sales report and analysis execution and monitors the relative KPI's
Supports the definition of sales planning (Rolling Sales Forecast, Sales Planning, ABC)
Develops and analyses commercial data, identifying business critical insights
Cooperates and works closely with local Financial Analysis Team in order to monitor the projects progression

Other Information Desired Skills & Experience**:

Bachelor Degree in Business related field or equivalent experience
2+ years progressive professional experience
Fluent knowledge of the Italian and English languages
Strong analytical skills
Ability and confidence to professionally communicate and work with all levels within the company
High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) especially Excel for pivot tables, etc.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work autonomously and display good judgment
