**About The Role**:

**ATTIVITÀ**

Con l'obiettivo di massimizzare la soddisfazione, la loyalty e il valore della customer base, la nuova risorsa dovrà:

- Collaborare alla definizione del piano CRM per i prodotti in portfolio, definendo il customer journey più appropriato per ciascun cluster e le strategie più efficaci per aumentarne retention e valore
- Collaborare alla creazione ed implementazione delle comunicazioni e delle promozioni attraverso l'utilizzo degli strumenti di CRM e Campaign Management
- Presidiare tutte le leve di marketing al fine di ottimizzare l'efficacia delle azioni messe in campo per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali e di ROI
- Lavorare in sinergia con altri dipartimenti e stakeholders, allineandosi su strategie, progetti e iniziative
- Collaborare alla creazione delle comunicazioni di prodotto su base settimanale
- Collaborare nella redazione delle presentazioni e comunicazioni interne
- Collaborare nelle attività di monitoraggio di campagne e customer journey

**Requisiti**
- Almeno due anni di esperienza nel settore marketing
- Esperienza nella creazione, costruzione ed analisi di customer journey e campagne promozionali
- Buona conoscenza delle dinamiche CRM e degli strumenti di Campaign management
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office. Conoscenza di Optimove costituirà titolo preferenziale
- Ottime doti relazionali e organizzative, capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire relazioni con diversi stakeholder e dipartimenti
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Passione per lo sport e il mondo del gaming
- La conoscenza del settore di riferimento (betting & gaming) costituirà titolo preferenziale
