What you will be doing
The Junior Legal Counsel will carry out the following activities:

Draft, review, negotiate commercial agreements and improve our templates and T&Cs
Provide business with legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters
Support in managing requests from users in case of legalrelated issues
Provide internal teams with guidance and support before launching advertising and promotional campaigns
Support legal team in developing and delivering relevant training
Perform other tasks as assigned

Help us revolutionize everyday transactions by making payments as easy, cheap and secure as possible.
- at least 1 year of experience as in-house counsel or in an international law firm
- experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
- fluency in English and Italian (additionally French and / or German would be desirable)
- a flexible mindset to facilitate solutions that take into account different stakeholders' needs
- willingness to autonomously learn relevant laws and regulations
- a good team player attitude
- ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload accordingly

Logistic & Salary
The role is based in Milan. Business trips to Luxembourg may occur.
