    Joivy conta 400 dipendenti (età media 32 anni e oltre 30 paesi di provenienza), 50 destinazioni e 7 paesi (Italia, Spagna, Francia, Portogallo, Regno Unito, Lussemburgo e Bulgaria).
    Joivy unisce l'esperienza unica di DoveVivo, DoveVivo Campus, ALTIDO, Chez-Nestor e Open con l'obiettivo di innovare con entusiasmo il mercato residenziale europeo. Comprende anche i marchi Joivy Renew, specializzato nella ristrutturazione di case e nella vendita di mobili chiavi in mano, e Joivy Invest, una Business Unit focalizzata sugli investimenti immobiliari.
    Ruolo e team
    Siamo alla ricerca di un-una Administrative Assistant (f/m/x) che si unisca al nostro team con un contratto a tempo determinato di un anno. In questo ruolo sarai chiamato/a a dare supporto all'area amministrativa centrale nella gestione di fatture e fornitori.
    Di seguito sono riportati alcuni esempi delle tue attività principali:

    • Controllo e gestione delle fatture (inserimento richieste d'acquisto; gestione anomalie; inserimento fornitori)
    • Attività di gestione, monitoraggio e archivio di file amministrativi (check mensile file incassi; archivio e aggiornamento contratti; monitoraggio consumi e archiviazione bollette)
    • Gestione e controllo file OPEX (gestione acquisti ordinari; supporto acquisti ai responsabili delle varie branch)
    • Supporto ufficio proprietari per utenze, attivazioni, monitoraggio file e dashboard
    • Controllo e archivio relativo alle carte prepagate
