Follow closely the proper revenue prices for the properties we manage (min, base and max), cancellation policy, rates and minimum stay

Work alongside with the Revenue manager to compile the market business plan and set the revenue in line with the company guidelines
Work with rate comparison tools and revenue management system to identify and react on pricing opportunities within the competitive sets
Follow on daily basis the prices of comparable properties, managed by competitors
Facilitate revenue meetings with measurable outputs
Undertake also other tasks, assigned by the line manager or general manager
Excellent analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail
Min 3 years of successful revenue management experience at the hospitality sector or other relevant experience
Fluent English
Understand the market trends and revenuegenerating opportunities
Familiar with the travel industry distribution landscape
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related area
