    Copeland Cold Chain seeks a Regional Sales Manager to join our Food Safety team.

    The Regional Manager will sell temperature monitoring equipment to regional restaurant chains, convenience stores, restaurant supply dealers, and foodservice distributors.

    The position will represent the Cooper Atkins product line, but may also include data loggers, trackers, and other Copeland products.

    This position has a territory of East of the Mississippi plus TX, OK, LA, and AR .
    AS A REGIONAL SALES MANAGER,


    YOU WILL:
    Achieve Annual Sales Goal. Evaluate market conditions, competitive intelligence, industry knowledge, and effectively communicate this information internally.

    Proactively manage manufacturer's representative agencies and advocate for Copeland's interests, including appropriately changing rep agencies, managing price and commissions, identifying new business opportunities, and conducting national account reviews.

    Demonstrate technical knowledge of products and be able to effectively train representatives. Manage identified Key Dealers/Distributors and lead account management and negotiation activity at the dealer. Manage Pipeline activities and sales process to achieve consistent results. Appropriately track opportunities in Salesforce and interface with other internal Copeland partners including product management, engineering, legal, and operations. Negotiate pricing agreements with National Chain Accounts, Distributors, and Buying Groups. Attend industry tradeshows and represent Copeland at industry events.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Associate's degree 5 years of sales experience Ability to develop relationships and implement strategic sales plans Proven track record to grow assigned sales Ability to collaborate with a diverse team to drive results Excellent communication, follow-up, time management, and presentation skills Exceptional customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills: Bachelor's degree Experience in food service, logistics, or software/technology industry Experience using a CRM Software Why Work Remote

    Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process.

    In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the base salary range for this role is $75, $105,000.00 annually with an additional center point bonus incentive, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
