Local Project Lead Analyst - Gardaland
JOB SCOPE
Work with the wider Digital Team to provide first class technical support to our Merlin offices and attractions
Manage & prioritize workload to deliver operational excellence
defining project objectives and establishing project scopes
- oversees the delivery of local IT projects
Act as point of escalation between the business and Merlin Digital
Be available to support other attractions and offices when called upon
KEY OBJECTIVES
Represent Merlin Digital, delivering first class technology services to all staff based within Merlin attractions
Work with other IT Support Teams and the IT support Manager to develop and improve the IT Service and Projects delivered to the Merlin Business
Take ownership for developing local project plans, defining project objectives, and establishing project scopes
assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure that team members have the necessary support to accomplish their project activities
ensure that project deliverables meet defined quality standards
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and create a roadmap for the project deliverables
Ensure that tasks are completed according to the project plan and within designated timelines. Monitor progress, track milestones, and take appropriate actions to keep the project on track
facilitate regular communication, provide project updates, and manage stakeholder feedback throughout the project lifecycle
proactively manage potential issues and challenges that may arise during the project execution
ensures that project deliverables meet defined quality standards
analyze project outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and propose process enhancements to optimize project management practices and increase project success rate
Demonstrate good knowledge of all Merlin IT Systems and Services
Promote a sense of 'Team Operations' and demonstrate a collective working environment across all Technical Staff
Work with the wider Merlin Digital Department to develop and improve the IT Service delivered to the Merlin Business
Ensure adherence to group IT policy and procedure
Support at other sites and locations if necessary

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Strong project management skills are essential
A solid understanding of IT systems, technologies, and concepts
Strong communication skills
PERSONAL QUALITIES
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to articulate technical situations in a clear manner
ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
Attention to detail
Able to travel when required
Able to work outside of normal working hours when required
HEALTH & SAFETY
