pA Mission:
Ensures the local office management (incl.

HR management, relations with the Total local affiliates, office administration, local One Total coordination, preparation of annual budget and LTP) Manages the Lubmarine accounts in the area, in coordination with all Lubmarine support functions (customer service, technical, supply and logistics, pricing, marketing, Lubmarine liaison offices) Developing the sales of Lubmarine products and services in the area Cooperating in the business development sales and technical aspects related Lubmarine activity with the Marine Lubrication Engineer Making regular reports(visits, monthly sales report, business reviews) to the zone manager Ensures coordination of strategies and actions in order to develop on a sustainable manner the profitability of customers throughout their international organization both coming by products and services Develops and implement prospection plans to grow the International marine business Establishes worldwide offers on products and services for deliveries within the international network of Lubmarine (1000 ports) Coordinates with the related customer service regional hub to ensure proper structure and establishment of customer's commercial and administrative conditions (including translation of the complex organization into our account structure, follow-up on customer incentives, fleet lists,etc) Acts as "front office" for customer satisfaction (customer experience, management of claims) Leads contract negotiation and legal follow-up in coordination with the HQ legal team Ensures the proper credit performance of all accounts, in coordination with the customer service and the credit department Acts as a reference of market intelligence of International Shipping in the given countries (in-depth knowledge of customers trends - incl.

vessel ownership/management, market price environment and competition landscape) Follow up the export pricing (LM-affiliate) an the transfer pricing (affiliate-LM) Compliance with the processes and rules of Lubmarine, participating on the meetings and trainings managed by Lubmarine Ensuring the compliance of business operation related to the International sanctions Area:
