Job Summary:

Do you have experience of or interest in deploying products or spare parts and KIT's to secure the best customer experience?


We are now looking for a new team member to join us in Services Supply Network (SSN) within Tetra Pak Services, the central organization that manages our spare parts and consumables for our global customers.


Within SSN we have the task to secure the best customer experience by optimizing and securing availability of spare parts, consumables and upgrades in our global network of distribution centres.


The deployment specialist team has a central role in ensuring supply chain readiness and are responsible of deploying new product development and Product Life Cycle (PLC) solutions to our customers around the world.

This includes securing supply chain readiness including ramp ups and down of the new/old solutions in our global stocks. This role requires both great analytical as well as good networking skills. You will be deeply collaborating with and be involved in PLC activities, product development, Supplier Management and stock optimization.

What you will do:


As our Deployment Specialist, you will:

  • Drive the Supply chain readiness of Issue Resolution (IR) / Product Life Cycle (DIPS) process and Product development (PD) activities from a SSN perspective.
  • Secure Services Supply Network is ready to deliver new technical solutions to our customers upon release
  • Interact with several different areas & departments, supplier management and line engineering will be offered in this role and is a key for success of the initiated activities
  • Be involved early in different improvement areas raised to secure the logistics setup and readiness when new solutions are released
  • Actively participate in forums as the SSN stakeholder and drive the agenda in the same forums will be key
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation within tools and processes within the Deployment specialists Team

We believe you have:

  • Master's or Batchelor ́s degree within Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Preferably 24 years of experience working within Supply Chain Planning and with Product Life cycle or Quality / Issue Resolution activities
  • Analytical skills including Power BI and Excel is highly appreciated.
  • Experience with Engineering and/or Supply Chain Planning is a benefit.
  • Good command of SAP ECC/SPP,
  • Good understanding of Tetra Pak design related processes is a plus.
  • Experience from working in projects and project management is is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbally.
