    Job Title: European Travel Associate

    About the Role


    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an European Travel Associate.


    Key Responsibilities:



    • Support the team by ensuring all travel arrangements are accurate and well-documented, maintaining service excellence, and helping deliver exceptional travel experiences for our clients;

    • Collaborate closely with Travel Advisors, Advisor Support, and other team members to provide quality assurance documentation support ensure itinerary accuracy;

    • Take on projects from leadership as needed to support the European Specialist Team including Project & Document Management assist in developing executing pre-travel protocol on bookings ensure accuracy efficiency seamless backend operation take care of final adjustments bookings complete quality checks against confirmations Admin system work hotel proformas correct pricing entered database reach out hotels receive proformas pending bookings assistance Res Sales Work closely with Travel Advisors Advisor Support other team members assist missing details itinerary continuity or provide additional support needed backend Experienced luxury travel agency space whether through luxury agency DMC Destination Management Company Fluent English professional native written verbal communication skills Comfortable tight deadlines adapt fast-paced unpredictable nature travel Someone strong organizational skills enjoys supporting team ensuring details taken care proactive communicator skilled working suppliers internal teams ensure accuracy completeness all travel arrangements Maintain up-to-date travel documents resources contributing excellent client experience Experienced auditing quality checking bookings itineraries align accurate A player thrives collaborative environment eager providing support needed 5-Star experience exclusively satisfied;
