We are opening a building of apartments in Rome (close to Piazza Navonna) and we are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor.

Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, the main tasks will be:

Main Duties

Coordinating with laundry supplier
Check invoices of laundry supplier.
Delivering linen and cleaning products to the team.
Checking the storerooms and keeping them tidy.
Checking the cleanliness of the flats.
Checking the terraces and common areas.
Supporting the chambermaids if necessary in their cleaning.
Attending the Morning Briefing lead by the FO.
Coordinating the work of the chambermaids.
Good communication and coordination with the Maintenance and Guest Service department.
Organization of orders for amenities, laundry, cleaning, etc.
Inform the FOM about all matters of interest.
Availability to move in different buildings.
Make sure that the apartments meet the quality and comfort standards set by Be Mate.
Checking the delivery note and placing linen in storage in the different buildings.
