- Look after all immigration formalities for Non-EU Nationals such as work and family permits, residence permits etc,
- Build good relationships with a variety of clients
- Correct and consistent execution of client's instructions and directions
- Be the first point of contact for assignees
- If service delivery is outsourced, coordinates and supports external consultants
- Deliver a great customer experience ending in excellent customer satisfaction
- Live in Milano or in the surrounding area
- Driver's License with own car
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar customer-oriented position
- Strong knowledge of Italian immigration procedure and working with local governmental offices
- Fluent in Italian and have very good knowledge of English (level B2 or higher), other languages are a plus
- Proactive and flexible approach, positive attitude, cultural awareness and ability to make decisions independently
- Problem xkiyazw solving skills and empathic approach
