- Monitoraggio e misurazione dei risultati in termini di calls reduction e digital diversion
- Laurea in Ingegneria o preferibilmente in ambito Scientifico
- Esperienza in progetti in ambito CRM e Marketing Authomation
- Esperienza/Conoscenza necessaria delle principali metodologie Agile
- Ottimo spirito di team working,
- Ottime doti relazionali per la gestione di diversi stakeholders
- Ottime doti di organizzazione del lavoro, Problem Solving e capacità di lavorare per obiettivi
- Conoscenza dell'ecosistema Salesforce e del contesto tecnico legato alla Marketing Automation

La struttura di Interaction Journey Design all'interno della BU di Customer & Prospect Interaction di Sky Italia è alla ricerca di un/una Transcom Designer (sostituzione Maternità) che insieme al team contribuirà alla creazione ed alla analisi delle comunicazioni inviate alla clientela residenziale massimizzandone l'esperienza in tutte le fasi del suo ciclo di vita.In particolare, la figura ricercata contribuirà alla definizione, implementazione e gestione della strategia di comunicazione verso la clientela residenziale (Transactional Communication), definite dal Team, avvalendosi dei principali tools di Marketing Automation e si occuperà direttamente di sviluppare il Transcomm Design System e le relative libraries di contenuto.
Farà parte di un team multidisciplinare formato da designer, analisti, esperti di comunicazione; toccherà con mano l'innovativo processo di Design delle comunicazioni, dalla creazione al monitoraggio delle comunicazioni multi-channel interfacciandosi con gli stakeholders aziendali coinvolti nelle fasi di Execution.
