    FARMOL S.P.A. è un'azienda specializzata nello sviluppo, produzione e confezionamento conto terzi di prodotti aerosol e liquidi per la cosmetica, l'igiene personale, la detergenza e il settore farmaceutico.

    Stiamo cercando per la nostra sede di Calcio (BG) una risorsa per il ruolo di Supply Chain Coordinator con un ruolo chiave nella gestione e nel miglioramento dei processi aziendali .

    Il tuo impatto in Farmol

    Entrerai in una posizione centrale e strategica, con responsabilità su:

    • Acquisti e gestione fornitori;
    • Flussi logistici e spedizioni Italia/estero;
    • Coordinamento tra flussi operativi e amministrativi;
    • Miglioramento continuo dei processi e delle performance di servizio.

    Sarai una figura di riferimento trasversale tra operations, produzione e amministrazione, con un vero spazio di manovra per ottimizzare, strutturare e migliorare .

    Cosa farai concretamente:

    • Governerai l'intero flusso supply chain, dall'approvvigionamento alla spedizione;
    • Analizzerai processi, dati e KPI per individuare inefficienze e opportunità di miglioramento;
    • Lavorerai sull'efficientamento di costi, tempi e livello di servizio;
    • Contribuirai a strutturare procedure, flussi e modalità operative più evolute e scalabili.

    Chi stiamo cercando

    • Un professionista con esperienza in ambito supply chain / logistica / operations;
    • Con forte visione di processo e capacità di analisi;
    • Abituato a gestire gli ordini dei clienti, approvvigionamento delle materie e spedizioni in modo integrato;
    • Con buona conoscenza dell' inglese;
    • Proattivo, strutturato, orientato al miglioramento continuo;
    • A proprio agio con ERP e strumenti di analisi.
