YOUR TEAM

You will be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to carry out the research.

The Technology Transfer Directorate is coordinated by Dr. Lorenzo De Michieli.

You will mainly support the management of PNRR projects-related items for what regards day to day operations.

In particular, your main responsibilities will be:
- collaborating in the administrative management and monitoring of projects;
- preparing and managing reports and financial documentation;
- archiving supporting documents for expenses;
- handling purchase requests and overseeing the purchasing process;
- liaising with PNRR project representatives and external stakeholders on administrative issues;
- organizing meetings, developing agendas, taking minutes, and managing correspondence and reporting.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Economics, and similar disciplines;
Familiarity with the main IT software packages, including Word and Excel;
Proficiency with SAP (MM module);
A cooperative approach with the stakeholders;
Accuracy and good analytical skills.
