    Key Responsibilities:

    Employee Benefit Plan Audit Mastery:

    Lead and execute audits of Employee Benefit Plans with a specific emphasis on 401K plans.
    Apply your in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and accuracy.
    Conduct risk assessments and develop comprehensive audit plans tailored to Employee Benefit Plans.
    Oversee and manage the entire audit process from planning to reporting, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines.
    Actively manage budgets and engagement realization.
    Direct and mentor audit teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
    Review and evaluate audit documentation, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
    Review financial statements of benefit plans, prepared in accordance with
    US GAAP.

    Oversee and manage the entire audit process from planning to reporting, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines.
    Actively manage budgets and engagement realization.
    Direct and mentor audit teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
    Review and evaluate audit documentation, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
    Review financial statements of benefit plans, prepared in accordance with
    US GAAP.

    Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
    Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
    Communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to clients, promoting transparency and understanding.
    Proactively track outstanding documentation and follow up with clients to ensure reporting deadlines are met.

    Regulatory Compliance and Continuous Learning:
    Stay abreast of evolving regulations and changes in accounting standards related to Employee Benefit Plans.
    Provide insights on emerging trends and best practices in the Employee Benefit Plans audit landscape.
    Actively engage in professional development and continuous learning to enhance audit expertise.

    Qualifications and experience:
    Manager level - Fully qualified Chartered Accountant - CA (SA) / CA (Z) / ACCA / CPA
    7-10 years experience in external audit
    100+ hours on
    US EBP engagements in the last 12 months
    Managed at least 5
    US EBP plans in the last 12 months
    Proven experience in audit management, with a focus on Employee Benefit Plans, specifically 401K auditing.
    Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to Employee Benefit Plan audits.
    Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    Strong leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.

    Compensation:
    $140k to $160k

    Shift:

    US working hours or 4 hour overlap with
    US if not located in the
    US

    Pay Details:
    $140,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
