We are looking for a dynamic and professional F+B Reservation Agent for our 5-star luxury hotel located in the heart of Milan's fashion district.+
+ Qualifications:
• Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Previous experience as an F+B Hostess or in similar roles within luxury dining environments,+
Responsibilities:
• Handle administrative tasks and data management using a PC and Microsoft Office (including Excel);
• Manage restaurant and bar reservations monitoring the reservation book and table occupancy;+ Benefits:
