    We are seeking a CRM & Trade Marketing Intern to join the West & Central Europe Region. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will actively contribute to the definition and execution of the Group's CRM and Trade Marketing strategy within the region.

    This internship offers hands-on experience in CRM management, event coordination, reporting, and cross-functional communication with our Headquarters in Italy. You will collaborate closely with regional teams across Western and Central Europe, supporting a broad range of activities related to customer relationship management, event logistics, and marketing initiatives.

    The position is based at our Head Office in Milan.

    MAIN TASKS:

    • Prepare and analyse CRM reports for the West & Central Europe region, providing insights into customer engagement, performance, and trends
    • Support the development of weekly regional presentations, highlighting key CRM metrics and strategic initiatives
    • Assist in the planning and execution of CRM campaigns for events and store activations
    • Contribute to reachability analysis and client data reporting
    • Coordinate event logistics and budgeting, liaising with internal teams and Headquarters to ensure seamless execution
    • Support communication and operational alignment between regional teams and HQ in Italy
    • Provide translation support for CRM, marketing, and event-related materials

     REQUIRED SKILLS: 

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
    • Previous internship or experience in CRM, marketing, or events is considered a plus
    • Strong interest in CRM, events, and luxury marketing
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an international team environment
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English
