Our client is one of the top European players within the human capital management sector.
MISSION
Will be in charge of project/program planning for strategic accounts (focused but not limited to Recruitment Process Outsourcing project/solution), ensuring that milestones, deliverables and costs are properly arranged.
Monitor projects outcomes KPI versus planned budget, deliverables and scope, identifying areas of improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyses and maps client needs
- Supports tendering process: identifying RPO potential, designing solution and pricing, assessing investment and evaluating the level of commitment required
- Partners with Service Delivery Manager, Country Business Managers and local Client Managers to design best service solution (RPO, PM) including: Pricing, Team structure, delivery KPI/SLA, sourcing strategy and reporting
- Designs RPO commercial materials and presents RPO solutions
- Supports all aspects of RPO project/solution implementation
- Identifies and addresses any issue which arise that may have an effect on the RPO project, assessing risks and managing escalation process
- Provides regular updates on the project progression, ensuring clear understanding of project status and possible issues, keeping uptodate also the project "steering committee" where necessary
- Prepares data modeling to analyze the impact on increases or decreases in volume on spend and resources
- Organizes and coordinates trainings to build awareness of S&S brands' services and offering including RPO
- Shares knowledge and experiences with RPO methods and toolkits
- Shares across the Group best practice on crossbusiness successes and improvements
- As SME is accountable for increasing the solution knowledge for Global sales and Business manager
- Designs toolkit content with RPO project components, lessons learnt and successful deliveries, collaborating with Company's Digital & Innovation Team members
REQUIREMENTS -
- Experience in managing complex projects

Experience:
- RPO /
Solution Selling: 3 years (required)
Key Account Management: 3 years (required)
